Shipping and Returns Policy

All products at http://thedragonflynook.com > www.thedragonflynook.bigcartel.com are available exclusively online through the website. These products are small batch/limited quantities and because of the nature of the items and the fact that they are soap or bathing products, The Dragonfly Nook will not exchange or accept returns of such items.

The Dragonfly Nook fulfills domestic orders exclusively within the United States at this time.

• The Dragonfly Nook ships from Visalia, CA, (Central California).

• Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed and shipped.

• We ship with United States Postal Service (USPS), and use Priority Shipping which includes USPS tracking and insurance. (see USPS website for additional information)

• Customer satisfaction is important to us at The Dragonfly Nook. If an item is delivered damaged from shipping, please contact us so we can help correct this issue.

  • Please note:

    • The Dragonfly Nook will require verification (Claim Number) from USPS and photos of damaged item(s). Upon verification and validated claim number from USPS, we will replace item(s) at no additional cost.

    • Handcrafted artisan soaps are made in small batches and must go through a “cure phase”,  if your item is no longer in stock, your item will be replaced in a timely manner, from available stock. We will address each situation with the goal to reach a satisfactory solution for our customer.  

    • Each handcrafted item will vary in shape, size, color, and texture.  All weights are approximate.

    • The Dragonfly Nook is a Micro-E Commerce and home based business. These small-batches of handcrafted artisan soap are limited in supply. Re-stock Drops will be shared throughout social media sites and via subscriber email.

• ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS. NO EXCHANGES (on personal care products) We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear in the shop. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate. Please note that our products are handmade, colors and fragrance may change with the passage of time 

   

  ***Local Delivery Available for Visalia area residents- This is a special offer for our Visalia area residents only. 

  • Payment is through The Dragonfly Nook website. Please select Local Delivery at checkout. *You will be contacted Via Email and/or Text for your delivery drop-off estimated time.

  • Please ensure someone will be home to receive the order, we want to eliminate the risk of theft or please inform us of special delivery details for your drop off ie: behind a plant etc. The Dragonfly Nook is a small sole-proprietor run business and cannot incur the replacement costs of theft if you choose to receive your delivery without a person to quickly receieve your drop-off.

  • It will be our goal to deliver your items by end of our work day (5pm) please allow up to 48 hours. Deliveries will always be dropped off before dark. This is considered a special delivery service for our locals. These will be “No Contact” delivery drop-offs for Covid Safety of both parties.

  • A photo will be taken of your item at drop off and will be emailed and/or text to you.

  • We will sure be glad to give a wave! We are so grateful for your support of small business!
